01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the VSEEDS Embedded website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

02 Services

VSEEDS Embedded provides PCB manufacturing, PCB assembly, and related embedded solutions services. Our services include but are not limited to: Standard and Advanced PCB manufacturing, Flexible and Rigid-Flex PCBs, PCB Assembly (SMT and Through-Hole), and SMD Stencil fabrication. Service specifications and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

03 User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

04 Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to the following conditions:

• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and verified
• Prices are quoted in the applicable currency and are subject to change
• Custom orders may require additional review and approval
• Cancellations must be requested before production begins; cancellation fees may apply
• We reserve the right to reject orders that do not meet our manufacturing specifications

05 Intellectual Property

All design files, documents, and specifications you provide remain your intellectual property. We will not share, sell, or use your designs for any purpose other than fulfilling your order. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VSEEDS Embedded and is protected by intellectual property laws.

06 Quality and Warranty

We are committed to delivering products that meet the agreed specifications. If a product is found to be defective due to manufacturing errors, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence. This warranty does not cover defects arising from customer-provided design errors.

07 Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order complexity and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VSEEDS Embedded shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

09 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
